An independent agency, the Convention Bureau offers – free of charge, as a rule – a number of practical services.

Tender procedures
In addition to the above-mentioned services The Hague Convention Bureau facilitates the launch and support of tender procedures for associations as well as corporate conferences in The Hague. Experienced staff will help you during the preparatory stages and will provide support that includes both concrete advice and assistance.
The support that the Convention Bureau offers comprises the following activities:
• Drawing up and realizing tailor-made bidbooks, prospectuses and other promotional materials
• Collecting the required documents and letters of recommendation
• Providing expertise and advice on strategies regarding tender procedures
• Establishing contacts with relevant suppliers in the area
• Organizing site inspections to this purpose
